Overview of Course:

This program is a hands-on approach to Geometry. There are some proofs, but the focus is more on concepts and solving problems. The activities emphasize the discovery of concepts through the use of concrete materials. This text also gives practice in standardized test questions, in preparation for the SAT. The students will be evaluated by the homework and class work, the tests on each chapter, and a final exam.

This is an AP Level Algebra II course, including Trigonometry. It includes real-world and problem solving applications. It covers all the topics necessary to prepare for Precalculus next year . Students will be assessed by the homework, class work, the tests on each chapter, and a final exam.
