Science 11-12 trio
Instructor: Lisa Swieson
Science 11/12 is a collection of three half-credit courses, each
of which explores an aspect of biology at a more sophisticated
level than a first-year biology course. Students may choose one,
two, or all three courses.
Note that all students are required to take biochemistry, a
no-credit prerequisite for any of the three classes, during the
month of September.
All three classes will require students to complete a good deal
of independent reading and will rely heavily on lab work.
Therefore, successful completion of high-school-level biology
and chemistry courses (with lab) is required to participate in
this class.
Fall Term: Genetics
